ADULT GROUP TOURS
The admission fee for group tours of 10 or more people is $7.50 per person with advance reservation. Admission fees and can be paid at the Visitor Center Admission Desk upon arrival at Har-Ber Village Museum. The coordinator and bus driver for the group are admitted without charge.

If your group is 40 or more people, please ask about our special rate when making your reservation.

Use of the Picnic Pavilion is included with museum admission and may be reserved for groups.

VISITING WITH CHILDREN
Har-Ber Village is a great place to bring the family. Walk the Nature Trail, enjoy at picnic in the Picnic Pavilion, visit  Kid's Corner  and other hands-on exhibits throughout the museum. Visit on a special event day (see our  Events  page) or come on a less busy day and print out the  History Hunt page 1  and 
History Hunt page 2  to help youngsters get a closer look at history.

PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND HOME-SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS
School group admission fees are $3.00 per student when groups of 10 students or more reserve a date at least one week in advance. Up to 1 adult per 10 students is admitted free (this includes the teacher); any extra adults pay the regular adult ($10) or senior ($7.50) rate depending on their age. Make your reservation by calling 918-786-6446 or request a date by completing the  School Field Trip Reservation Form.

Special programs for groups of 10 or more—a hands-on stations set up by our program staff—have a $25 program fee (in addition to the admission fee). Special event school days (Civil War,  Pioneer and Cherokee Heritage days) have no additional program fee. Reservations for special event days must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are limited to a total of 500 students.


The Picnic Pavilion is available free of charge for use by visiting schools for their lunch period.


SCOUT GROUPS
Scout group admission fees are $5.00 per student, $10 for adults, $7.50 for seniors 63+ when scout groups visiting on a special event day that has a Scout Patch Program available. For questions or to register call Paula Keefer at 918-786-6446 or email education@har-bervillage.com.
